Exercise 22
How to Tie
POINTE SHOE
Pointe shoe work requires advanced ballet technique and strong,
developed feet after a few years of proper training.
There are different types of pointe shoes and you have to try them on, and
choose the one that fits comfortably for your own shape of foot.
Wrap pointe shoe ribbons two times around
the ankle.
Tie them on the inner side of the ankle... not too tight... not too loose.
•
Hide the knot.
And now, try for yourself with music.
