BELOW ARE SOME GUIDELINES FOR MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE BY LENDERS
1. For employer or salaried
employees you will need confirmation of your income or
employment earnings which usually requires a signed letter
from your employer
or pay stub for salaried employees.
2. For self-employed and sales commissioned individuals
you may need
two years of tax assessments.

information.
4. You will need to show evidence that you are able to

notary.

9. A copy of land and title
search, photo and listing details, as well as property
specifications from municipal authorities may be required
as well. Ask your lender.

home built you will need a builders contract and building
plans.
